Lori Arndt has over 25 years of diverse experience in investment banking, commercial banking and industry. She has created and led successful growth strategies, diagnosed and removed barriers to improvement, and helped build successful organizations. She has done this as an executive, a line manager, and as a consultant to CEOs. The constant in all of her experiences is designing vision & strategy, then making them a reality for profitable growth and enterprise value creation.

Lori’s career has included positions with Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Nomura in strategic planning, operations, manager development, client strategy + analytics, corporate access, relationship management and sales functions. She was also recruited as a senior manager to help with strategy and org. development in several industrial startups.

Lori has also been recruited as a consultant in the Biotech, Insurance Third-Party Administration, and Renewable Energy industries, both as an advisor to the CEO/senior team and to help lead critical, transformational projects. Her deep understanding of the connections between strategy, execution and organization development, and in addressing operational complexities in different lifecycle phases, has helped generate insights and value where crucially needed. In a typical consulting project Lori will help define the problem, set an appropriate scope and goals, and ultimately deliver realistic action plans with tangible measures of success.

Lori has an MBA in finance and accounting from Columbia Business School, graduating first in her class, and a bachelor’s in political science from the University of Pennsylvania. Lori and her husband live in Woodstock, NY and her son is a freshman at Rice University.
